TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All checks are to be made payable to Aaron Wimberley.
- $400 is due in advance to reserve ALL YOU NEED for your event date.
- The remaining balance is due on the date of your event.
- Rescheduled weddings will only be accommodated if the new date does not conflict with an unavailable date.
- ALL YOU NEED will be the exclusive professional videographer and/or photographer at your event. Friends and family are permitted to operate video cameras on the condition that they do not interfere with or get in the way of the professional coverage.
- It is the client’s responsibility to secure access to areas for videography and/or photography. ALL YOU NEED will not be responsible for coverage lost due to access restrictions.
- Creative aspects such as angles and style are at the discretion of ALL YOU NEED.
- ALL YOU NEED will not be held liable for any production problems beyond our control, e.g. bad weather, accidents, poor acoustics/lighting, interference from guests, etc.
- ALL YOU NEED reserves the right to terminate a contract at any time for any reasonable cause, e.g. accident or ill health. In this event all monies paid will be refunded in full.
- Any liability on the part of ALL YOU NEED will be limited to the amount of monies paid.
- Final product will be delivered within 16 business days after the date of the event or shoot.
- Upon taking possession of the finished product, the client must inform ALL YOU NEED of any technical or other problems with the video within 7 days. After 7 days, if no notification has been received, the client will be deemed to be satisfied with the product.
- Copyright will be owned by ALL YOU NEED unless otherwise specified.
